Description

Kannad Safelink Solo PLB – Life Jacket Personal Locator Beacon Transmits an emergency signal via the dedicated 406Mhz distress frequency,  monitored by the global COSPAS-SARSAT satellite system, alerting services to the emergency and ID of the PLB user.

The integral 50 channel GPS gives search and rescue services accurate location coordinates, updating every 20 minutes.

Also transmitting on the 121.5MHz homing frequency enabling services to home in on the signal.

All of our Junior 150N LifeJackets are fitted as standard with an NFC tag with the lifejacket information written on it (ie date of manufacture, next service due date etc). These tags can be easily read by most modern mobile phones or tablets. Extra information can be added to the tag, ie medical conditions, contact numbers if lost or found, etc. Please use the drop-down tab option for adding any extra information to the tag.
