Thanks for your email, I’m a boatbuilder and have merely supplied your lifejackets to my customer. He has all the paperwork and bumf that comes with them. He also lives in Canada, which may well mean he’s had them serviced in Vancouver!
I have a reasonable background in sea safety and I service my own lifejackets myself. For future (more local!) customers though I shall certainly be advising them to pay you a visit one a year 🙂
Your lifejackets are excellent, although since buying those from you previously, all my subsequent customers have sorted themselves out. They may well have come to you, who knows?!
