SeaSafe Celebrates Employee Development Success

SeaSafe is proud to recognise the achievement of Daniel Wirdnam, who joined the company three years ago as an RF Welder. Demonstrating a strong commitment to personal and professional development, Daniel embraced opportunities to learn new skills and was encouraged to undertake further studies both during and outside working hours.

Daniel has now successfully achieved the TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading (RQF), an accomplishment recognised by Jeremy Dale OBE, Managing Director of SeaSafe.

“We welcome every opportunity to help our employees grow, both in their careers and in their daily lives,” said Jeremy Dale OBE. “Daniel’s achievement reflects the dedication and positive attitude we value at SeaSafe, and we are delighted to congratulate him on this success.”

The company says Daniel’s progress is an excellent example of how investing in people can help individuals develop new skills, confidence and leadership potential.

Well done to Daniel and thank you for your hardwork and commitment to SeaSafe.
